Sam is a dedicated real estate professional and Owner of The Gardner Notte Advisory, serving buyers, sellers, and investors along 30A, with a focus on Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the surrounding luxury coastal communities.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Sam spent his childhood summers at his grandparents’ home in Inlet Beach, where his connection to the area—and appreciation for the 30A lifestyle first began. After serving four years in the U.S. Navy as a Non-Commissioned Officer aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford, he returned to earn his degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and build a career rooted in service, discipline, and integrity.

Sam combines strategic leadership with hands-on market expertise. He is known for a disciplined, detail-driven approach that prioritizes results while delivering a highly personalized client experience.
